Job Description
godown incharge, or warehouse manager, has many responsibilities, including: Inventory management: Overseeing the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, and implementing inventory control systems Leadership: Leading and managing a team, which includes training and developing staff, and resolving conflicts Communication: Coordinating with warehouse staff, other departments, and external partners Safety: Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security Compliance: Adhering to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements Reporting: Producing reports and statistics, such as IN/OUT status reports and dead stock reports Problem-solving: Recommending plans to improve warehouse productivity Organization: Being organized to handle a wide range of tasks and responsibilities People skills: Leading by example, treating coworkers with respect, and listening to the ideas of others

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
