We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Godown Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Supervise warehouse staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
3. Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
5. Conduct regular stock audits and investigate discrepancies.
6. Implement effective inventory management systems.
7. Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or degree
2. 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or related field.
3. Proven leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in inventory management software.
