• Food Preparation : Authentic Goan cuisine, quality, consistency.
• Kitchen Management : Supervise staff, inventory control, cleanliness.
• Quality Control : Ingredient freshness, food safety, presentation.
• Collaboration : Work with team, align with restaurant goals.
• Cost Management : Budgeting, minimize waste, supplier negotiation.
• Customer Interaction : Feedback, cooking demonstrations.
• Qualifications : Goan cuisine expertise, leadership, culinary skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
