Profile: Staff Nurse

Qualification: GNM

Experience: Should be 1-3 years

• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient progress, updating care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Respond to medical emergencies, provide immediate care, and assist in stabilizing patients.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants, LPNs, and other healthcare staff as needed.
• Participate in continuous education, training, and professional development to stay current on best practices.
