\xe2\x88\x99Deep domain expertise across one/more of Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Telecom. Understanding the domain trends and technology offerings across these industry sectors.
\xe2\x88\x99Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement.
\xe2\x88\x99Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities.
\xe2\x88\x99Participation in Pre-Sales, Bid Management and overall appreciation of estimation, scoping and assumptions for a large SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA implementation using various methods such as ASAP or Activate or others.
\xe2\x88\x99Leading proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and defining the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains.
\xe2\x88\x99Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders and ability to drive C-suite/senior leadership level discussions.
\xe2\x88\x99Capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market.\xe2\x88\x99Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships.
\xe2\x88\x99Demonstrated ability to develop younger talent and build a high performing team.
