Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the plant operations team. Align operational strategies with company objectives for long-term growth. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Manufacturing & Production Management

Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO/TS 16949), safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

Supply Chain & Logistics Optimization

Optimize procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for seamless material flow. Enhance supply chain transparency and responsiveness.

Team Management & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Financial Performance & Risk Management

Monitor key operational and financial metrics for cost savings and efficiency. Develop and manage operational budgets with strong cost control. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of automotive plastic injection molding processes. Proficiency in ERP systems, manufacturing software, and MS Office Suite. Expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance. Strong leadership and communication skills to engage teams at all levels.
