Position: GM/AVP - Accounts & Finance
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: CA/ICWA/Master's in Finance & Accounts
Experience: Min 13+, hands-on experience in managing company finance and accounts
# Preferred experience in manufacturing industries,with furniture manufacturing as an added advantage
Salary: Up to 35 LPA
Job Role:
? Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
? Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and strategic decision-making.
? Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk assessment to support business goals.
? Handle audits, statutory payments, and compliance with regulatory standards.
? Develop and enforce finance policies and drive process improvements.
? Provide timely MIS reports and financial insights for stakeholders.
? Mentor and guide the finance team to build capabilities and ensure
performance.
