Job Description

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development :
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting :
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets.
• Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Team Leadership and Management :
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Provide training and support to enhance the team's performance and professional development.
• Market Research and Analysis :
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Use insights from research to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaboration with Other Departments :
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?840,000.00 per year
