Proven experience in a managerial role.
Ability to motivate & lead people, hold employees accountable.
Providing guidance to team members in their assigned duties and evaluating their performance.
Business opportunities must be planned and analyzed.
Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the team.
Procuring new clients and attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Competitor Trend Monitoring and Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities in order to meet all customer expectations, such as keeping up with competitors, residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, and so on.
Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
Delivering targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets. Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base.
Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting Sales & Customer Service Management To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners .
Desired Candidate Profile:
Rich experience in sales & Team Handling.
10 + years relevant experience in Real Estate Industry.
Must have handled a team of min 15 people or above.
Excellent negotiation, networking and communication skills.
