Job Responsibilities:-
• l Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• l Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• l Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• l Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• l Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• l Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
• l Provide leadership, direction, mentoring and professional development to a large team of experienced sales and marketing professionals
• l Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• l Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
• l Responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic plan to achieve business objectives, drive profit and champion customer experience
• l Identify new and existing business opportunities to increase the growth of the organization, promoting strong client engagement, retention and attraction strategies
• l Identify and operational commercial market opportunities
• l Establish a structured multi-channel sales framework across the business operations with a focus on building a high-performance sales culture
• l Working in partnership with Service Delivery team to enable organizational objectives to be achieved
• l Maintain an up to date understanding of competitor knowledge, contemporary practices and market opportunities
• l Responsible for effective financial management reporting and sales forecasting
• l Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• l Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.
• l Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
• l Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs.
• l Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations.
• l Outlining and managing sales budgets.
• l Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
• l Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
• l Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
• l Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
• l Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
Requirements:
• l Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• l Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
• l Minimum of 10-12 years experience in a sales leadership position.
• l In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methodicalness, as well as employee motivation techniques.
• l Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
• l Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• l Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
