Job Purpose Distribution managerKey Result Areas/Accountabilitieso Set revenue & sales targets \xef\x82\xb7
o Review and evaluate Channel partners with focus on
distributor 3i -infrastructure (office, DSE, computer), investment
(working capital) & involvement (ways of working, processes) for
reliable & effective service of the market \xef\x82\xb7
o Ensure Distribution planning& execution intensity to enable
his team to deliver on expanding town coverage, appointing
distributors, adding outlets, building DATA, above norms
extraction -sites, quality gross & tertiary \xef\x82\xb7
o Judicious use of SAC budgets to maximize quality customer
acquisitions Strengthen market execution & trade relationships
and track market intelligence for effective decisions \xef\x82\xb7
o Complete people ownership -effective on-boarding, in-
market coaching, rigorous performance review etc -to maximize
team incentive earnings and reduce attrition
o Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and
HSW norms by employees and extended teamsCore Competencies, Knowledge,
Experienceo \xef\x82\xb75-7 years of experience in Telco/FMCG \xef\x82\xb7
o In depth understanding of Distribution ecosystem \xef\x82\xb7
o Market understanding & development \xef\x82\xb7

o Skilled in conflict management
