Tech/Diploma in textiles Experience:15 yrs Location: Tirupur Reports To: Managing Director Responsibilites: 1.Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure consistent product quality. 2. Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of quality control, including inspection of raw materials, in-process inspections, and final product evaluations. 3. Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality standards and specifications for raw materials and components. 3. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance product quality and efficiency. 4. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the quality control team, including training, coaching, and performance management. 5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety. 6. Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the production and sales teams to address any quality-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken. 8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the production process to minimize defects and rework "Core competencies/ Specific skills: (if Any)" "Proven experience in quality management within the garment industry, preferably in an export-oriented manufacturing environment.
