Candidates Requirement's:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics preferred) with an MBA is desirable.
• Project Management Experience: Strong experience in managing and leading projects is essential. This includes experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Business acumen: Strong business acumen is essential for understanding the company's goals, financials, and operations. This includes knowledge of financial statements, budgets, and business strategy.
• Leadership and management skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential to successfully lead and manage a team.
• Technical Skills: Technical expertise in engineering in similar or related field will be essential.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions is crucial. This includes the ability to identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Result-oriented: Must be result-oriented and able to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and at the required level of quality.
• Adaptability: Should have the ability to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and requirements in a dynamic business environment.
• Strategic thinking: Must have a strategic mindset and be able to align project objectives with overall business strategy.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships: Must be able to manage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors.

/ KRA's:

• Project Planning and Execution: To develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and ensure timely and successful completion of projects and to lead the vertical as a Profit Centre Head.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify, engage, and manage stakeholders, including project consultants, customers, team members, and external vendors.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize the impact of risks on project timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Team Management: Build and manage high-performing project sales and execution teams, including resource allocation, performance management, and development.
• Quality Management: Ensure that projects meet quality standards and are aligned with customer expectations.
• Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and financials, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget. Ensure that Bills are raised on time and payments are collected on time.
• Communication Management: Develop and implement communication plans to ensure that stakeholders are informed about project progress, issues, and risks.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in project management processes, tools, and techniques, and implement best practices.
