Project Management:\xef\x82\xb7 Leading and supervising project teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion ofengineering projects.\xef\x82\xb7 Defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.\xef\x82\xb7 Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.\xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing necessary adjustments to keepprojects on track.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.\xef\x82\xb7 Reporting project status and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.2. Engineering Management:\xef\x82\xb7 Overseeing and coordinating engineering activities, such as design, analysis, and testing.\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborating with various engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and communication.\xef\x82\xb7 Evaluating and implementing new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance engineering processesand efficiency.\xef\x82\xb7 Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.3. Maintenance Management:\xef\x82\xb7 Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and reliability ofequipment, machinery, and facilities.\xef\x82\xb7 Establishing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and operationaldisruptions.\xef\x82\xb7 Managing maintenance budgets, resources, and contractors effectively.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for maintenancepersonnel.4. Team Leadership:\xef\x82\xb7 Building and leading a high-performing team of engineers, project managers, and maintenance staff.\xef\x82\xb7 Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to foster their professional growth.\xef\x82\xb7 Conducting performance evaluations and identifying opportunities for skills development and training.5. Cross-functional Collaboration:\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, procurement, and finance, to align project andmaintenance activities with broader organizational goals.\xef\x82\xb7 Participating in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to provide technical insights and support decision-making.6. Budgeting and Resource Allocation:\xef\x82\xb7 Developing and managing budgets for projects, engineering initiatives, and maintenance activities.\xef\x82\xb7 Allocating resources efficiently to ensure the successful completion of projects and maintenance tasks.7. Quality Assurance and Compliance:\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring that all engineering projects and maintenance activities meet quality standards and comply withrelevant industry regulations and codes.7. Environment Health & Safety:\xef\x82\xb7 To regulate all EHS guidelines as a HOD, oversee all safety measures and risks were mitigated on atimely manner.\xef\x82\xb7 Fire and Safety precautions, Trainings, audits and compliance must be taken care and will be providedwith a Team.8. Audits:\xef\x82\xb7 Must have exposure to GMP, WHO, Local FDA, ISO and USFDA Audits procedures, guidelines andmaintain a harmonies and robust documentation system in the organization.The Head of Project, Engineering, and Maintenance plays a crucial role in driving organizational growth, optimizingengineering processes, and maintaining efficient operations. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and effectivecommunication skills are essential for success in this role.Education:\xef\x82\xb7 A Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical engineering with AutoCAD Drawing exposures.\xef\x82\xb7 At least 20 to 25 years of experience in Engineering and projects in API manufacturing, with a proventrack record.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships withstakeholders.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effectivesolutions.\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.\xef\x82\xb7 Conversant with MM/PM SAP module.Experience Preferred:\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with SAP\xef\x82\xb7 Experience working in API pharmaceutical Company\xef\x82\xb7 Must have experience in Project, Engineering and Maintenance with Greenfield and brownfieldprojects in Pharma API exposure.\xef\x82\xb7 Good in exposure in Audits, GMP, CGMP, WHO, ISO, USFDA Etc.\xef\x82\xb7 AutoCAD, Primavera etc.APPLY NOW - WHATSAPP YOUR CV - 9619789053
