• Spearhead the Pre Sales Team to provide pro-active solutions which empowers the sales function to monetize opportunities.
• Curate IPs, Concepts & Initiatives, which have the potential to create momentum for Media Sales.
• Working closely with the marketing, sales & programming teams to develop innovative creative solutions both Pro-active & Reactive.
• Lead the process of understanding the brief clearly for objective based delivery.
• Constantly study the latest movies, digital and cultural trends for inspiration.
• Should have keen interest in movies.
• Should be up to date with cinema buzz and industry news.
• Preferably have background in BTL, Broadcast or advertising.
• Upskill teams ability to drive branding conversations with advertisers.
• Should be well versed with the functioning & SOP of media & creative agencies.
• Conversant with various social media platforms, Brand activation and one should constantly track them for new possibilities.
• Develop IP\xe2\x80\x99s, Movie Festivals and internal creative led branding campaigns.

What we need from the candidate

• B.A, MBA, PDGBM in English, journalism, marketing.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability of creating impactful presentation, i.e. a strong and diverse folio.
• Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment.
• Ability to comprehend, create and adhere to each client\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent teamwork/collaborative abilities.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and meet agreed deadlines
