Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment process, from human resource planning to employee onboarding.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Be the custodian of the Company's work culture.
Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
Design and implement performance appraisal systems to effectively evaluate employee performance.
Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
Facilitate employee development initiatives, including leadership development and succession planning.
Generate monthly payroll along with PF and ESI challans.
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed.
Responsible for ESOP management, issue of grant letters and updating the same in the software.
Ensure timely labor compliance and processing of annual returns.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
Monitor and mentor the HR team.
Prepare regular reports on employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and other HR metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the HR field is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pleasant & Effective Communication skills.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
