Salary: ?25,000 to ?30,000 per month

About the Role:

ADS Hospital is looking for a General Manager (GM) - Operations to lead and manage the daily operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, quality patient care, and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including staff management and resource allocation.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain service standards.
• Monitor and improve hospital processes for better efficiency and cost control.
• Work with department heads to meet operational goals and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
• Handle staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and hospital performance.
• Address any concerns raised by patients, families, or staff in a professional manner.
• Create a positive working environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 8 to 10 years of experience in hospital operations or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
