Job Description



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the growth of our organization. The General Manager of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company\'s marketing strategy, managing the marketing team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading marketing teams and developing successful marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the company\'s overall marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, including setting performance objectives, providing feedback, and identifying development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget and track the return on investment of marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including print and digital advertising, email campaigns, and social media content
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and event planners, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements for all marketing activities



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking return on investment
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Familiarity with branding guidelines and legal requirements for marketing activities
