About the role

Key Accountabilities:
Developing and deploying comprehensive plan to improve the plant efficiency and utilization
Cost management of fixed and variable spend to realize YOY plant productivity
Strategic planning & execution of plant level transformation
Driving excellence through process improvements initiatives/ kaizens (Lean deployment)
Effective warehouse management (Raw material & Finished Goods) with an OTD

Focus on OEE
95 % by deploying effective equipment management techniques (TPM)
Cross functional workings to ensure seamless launch of new products from plant
Drive plant level digital transformation with deployment of Industry 4.0
Working to ensure the plant operations are sustainable with focus on reduction of carbon footprint
Executing standard procedures to ensure a safe working environment at plant (LWIR/TRIR)
Devising and implementing strategies to reduce product related customer escapes
Focus on manufacturing process review and DIVE to improve FPY of plant
Knowledge & management of regulatory requirements for plant operations (Labor & Factories act)
Knowledge & management of regulatory requirements for products a plus (QCO/BEE)
Deploy effective workflow on customer turnback management & conducting satisfaction surveys
Stake holder management BU, Regional functional leaders & Peers (Cross functional)
Experience & Educational Qualification
Qualifications: Degree/PG (Mechanical). Preferred B.Tech
Experience\xe2\x80\x93Minimum 8-10 Years with at least 4 years of relevant experience in white goods manufacturing
