  • Job Purpose
  • Lead sales engagement across the Indian geographical landscape including but not limited to, Auto OEMs, EV Passenger/Freight operators/Manufacturing/Logistics/Transportation /Distribution organizations to offer end to end IOT enabled Smart Mobility solutions
  • Achieve growth through solid relationships with prospective clients, gaining a detailed understanding of their needs, pain points, and strategic direction
  • Lead the engagements defining clear value proposition to the clients on operation excellence and experience
  • Communicate and interact with business decision-makers at all levels to identify needs and requirements as well as market opportunities
  • Create GTM Plans for various sectors/client Segment in collaboration individually and through strategic partnerships and also, implement and execute GTM
  • Provide critical support and oversight to Project Execution Team
  • Build and develop a dynamic, motivated and high-performance team in line with the growth of the business.
  • Support in creating/communicating credible business plan/pitches to investors and lenders.
  • Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas
IIOT Revenue, Generate Pipeline, build references & brand , Win large IOT OEM engagements,
  • Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications
Desired Competencies/ Skills
  • 7 to 8 Years Relevant sector experience in selling or managing IOT/Digital solutions for smart transportation and logistics, after markets to different Verticals
  • Running logistics and transportation operations will be added advantage
  • Experience in offering/selling solutions across multiple modes of transportation & Logistics
  • Selling of track & Traces solutions for asset, people or goods tracking
  • Ability to lead, negotiate and conclude complex contract under CAPEX, OPEX modes, performance/outcome-oriented deals
  • Very good understanding of Telematics, connected car, V2X and Adas Solutions
