Job Description

• Responsible forsetting up air, rail and water network with freight carriers for Import &Export.
• Building Customerbase for developing a Freight Forwarding vertical.
• OverseasCommunication & Coordination with CHA's
• Set up theinvoicing & billing process for vendors and customers.
• Coordinate withPan India Vendors for Import & Export Shipments.
• Communicate withcustomers about Shipment Tracking, follow Up, Customs Clearance and delivery ofthe Cargo in a timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Setting up Highperforming Team and controlling below activities:
• Handling UrgentShipment requirements and follow ups.
• Liaison &handle all agencies at Cargo Complexes
• Checking debit /credit note of Overseas agent.

• PreparingDSR and Monthly report of the shipmen

• InternationalFreight Forwarding via rail, water and air.
• ShipmentManagement and tracking
• Customs DutyClearance including export and import haulage.
• Strong AgentNetwork
• Create and lead ateam of self-starters and critical thinkers.





• RequiredKnowledge:
• Candidates onlyfrom Freight Forwarding Industry
• Good knowledge fordocumentation and freight forwarding process.
• Excellent oral& written communication with good interpersonal skills.
• Must have goodunderstanding of Operations.

• Experience inSupply Chain Industry.
