Job Summary

We are a 36 year old Gravity Die Casting company located in Bangalore.

We are starting a new factory for GDC and PDC in Narsapur Industrial Area, Kolar.

We have an opening for a hands on General Manager to manage all Business Development, Production activities in the company. Also will responsible the green field project to build a new modern die casting plant.

Responsibilities and Duties

Die Casting expert in GDC and PDC Green field experience to set up a factory Business Development - responsible for growth of the company Lean manufacturing Cost control Improved productivity and OEE Modernization of the plant, IOT experience Updated training facilities IATF

Required Experience and Qualifications

Min 20 years experience in Die Casting Min 3 years experience in running Operations of the company Diploma/ Graduate degree Good communication and English and Hindi skills must Knowledge of special processes like Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting Must have excellent 5S skills
