& Qualifications
- Understand the business requirement and do updates in the system as required.
- Lead global data entry for multiple tables in system
- Help download regional reports and provide metrics
- Assist with the creation of tools to support global team processes
- Create desk procedures
- Assist with audits as required
- Support and clarify queries on warranty systems and business process
- Discussion with IT on defects or issues in the system to take it to resolution
- Provide requirement to IT and do required business testing for implementation
- Interact and assist other team members and share the knowledge as appropriate.

Area of professional exposure (technical skills)
Exposure to system management.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with business partners.
Warranty background or manufacturing exposure will be an added advantage
