Global Treasury/FaCT Operations (Global Markets India) - Vice President Who are we looking for
An experienced leader for our Global Treasury Operations group, responsible for managing a team of Treasury Investment Portfolio and Liability Management specialists providing end to end Operations support. You will possess extensive knowledge and experience in Global Treasury Investment Portfolio and Liability Management products in addition to Financing Solutions Repo products. You will report to the India Head of Global Markets and work closely with the Global Markets' business teams, Business Risk Management, Compliance and Technology.

The GT/FaCT Operations team provides coverage for all regions EMEA, APAC and North America during their specific time zones. Position Responsibilities:
The GT/FaCT Operations department within Global Markets Operations provides timely and accurate trade support and settlement of Global Treasury Investment Portfolio and Liability Management products in addition to Financing Solutions Repo products. The Vice President will lead a team responsible for trade confirmations, static data set-up, security pricing, collateral management, income collection, security and cash settlements, and reconciliations and other support functions.
• Drive organizational design and efficiency efforts, improve automation, and lead technology portfolio rationalization.
• Lead and drive continuous improvements in the various elements of the team's operational and First Line of Defense (FLoD) compliance responsibilities.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of business control requirements, including procedure and control updates and critical tools testing & approval.
• Collaborate with internal Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Legal teams, including providing assurance of the various risk programs including Funds Transfer Transaction and Origination Process (FTTOP) Policy as well as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
• Responsible for Business Resumption Planning and Disaster Recovery (DR) system testing.
• Develop, report and monitor all appropriate KRI/KPI Operating Metrics.
• Manage and oversee Sox controls testing and approval.
• Manage projects of varying size and complexity in support of business requirements assisting them deliver on priorities.
• Monitor compliance and audit issues to ensure deadlines are met and items are resolved completely, accurately and on time.
• Work closely with senior management to keep them informed of new developments, service issues and new business opportunities.
• Communicate regularly with business partners on current and future plans.
• Proactively identify and incorporate best practices.
• Develop and monitor individual development plans for the team.
• Assist in the development of a high performing employee culture.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• 15+ years of audit, strategy, product management, operations, risk or control experience
• Finance or Treasury experience
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledgeable about risks and controls/controls design frameworks
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong work-ethic with ability to multi-task in a rapidly-changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Word, PPT
