The Global Trade & Logistics Analyst is responsible to drive reporting & analytics and its related development activities within Motion Trade & Logistics. Good ability and willingness to manage and work in networks is important since your Trade & Logistics network has members in local and global teams. You coordinate and develop Motion Trade & Logistics reports and tools, which include both Motion\'s own initiatives as well as projects relating to other ABB\'s business areas. You have customer-centric attitude and desire to exceed the internal and external superior customer experience. You will report to the Head of Trade & Logistics, Motion Business Area ...The ideal candidate is located in Finland, Poland, China or India.... Willingness to travel is required (around 10%). This position reports to Head of Trade & Logistics, Motion Business Area Your responsibilities Design, build, develop, and maintain data-driven Power BI reports that ensure the entire organization has access to accurate data on transportation volumes, costs, and performance. Provide insightful analysis to key stakeholders by identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve performance and enhance processes. Integrate data from multiple sources to prepare required data elements and identify gaps and inconsistencies in data quality. Support external partnerships with Logistics Service Provides and other stakeholders. Train and support end users in the use and development of Power BI reporting tools. Your background Experience in business analysis and reporting is a must, ideally in the Transportation and Logistics areas 5+ years of working experience with Power BI reporting Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders Ability to analyze data and translate them to business opportunities and actionable tasks Demonstrated high-level analytical and problem-solving skills Very good understanding of data visualization patterns Proficiency with SQL for generation and extraction of data Advanced skills using Excel (incl.
