The Global Trade Analyst is responsible for: Your Responsibilities: Gathering and preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis of KPIs, Issues, Trade Review, SFDB data, Risk Review and GTS block reports for the CTCOs, RTMs, and various stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps and enabling them to take important decisions based on data facts and trends. Informing and advising the Head of Global Trade Compliance, the Global Head of Trade Management, and the Regional Heads of Trade Management, BUs and other stakeholders on trade risks, impacts and opportunities related to trade measures Organizing monthly calls with Global, Regional, Country and supporting BU specific teams to review current progress, and dissecting parts of global trade strategy, reviewing data trends, and adjusting based on overall performance Lead and manage trade measure impact analysis, optimization and duty savings for ex SFDB Vs KPI savings data reconciliation. Savings/Avoidance project actuals vs forecast tracking with focus on a region, country and BU. Training the CTCO\'s Lead interaction and work with CTCOs, RTM\'s, BU Category Managers and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose necessary modifications, and devise governance strategies. Organize and assess Communication surveys, Voice of customer (VOC), various other surveys and publish the detailed analysis to take further decisions. Responsible for publishing the Training Framework, Global Risk Analysis & Mitigation, Project Sensei, Newsletters, Tools For GTA, Broker rationalization, Incoterm policy and other improvement areas of trade data. Also maintaining data in SharePoint: Organize and maintain the data folders Reiwa Project: Providing subject matter expertise in implementation of Reiwa project, Writing user stories, and Master data analysis etc. Organize and maintain various other trackers and process flows as Holiday/Vacation, access rights, projects (IPR, ADD/CVD, GTS usage, Cost levers, AEO/Trusted Trader Programs, Global Trade Regulations Process Flows, Stakeholder\'s list, Approved brokers list, etc.) Involvement, support and contributions to Steering Groups (Customs, Export Control and GTS) Using automated tools (for ex Power BI) to extract data related to trade flows from SCMIS cubes and Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data Management Dashboard & Control: Developing and monitoring Automated dashboards for Performance & Issue Reporting, Trade Reviews, Risk Reviews etc. The Global Trade Analyst reports to the Global Trade Analytics Manager and is part of the Global Trade Organization.
