+ Answer inquiries
+ Provide application support
+ Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues
+ Handle complaints
+ Occasionally visit customers for demos, installations or troubleshooting
+ Support marketing, R&D and production during all stages of the product lifecycle
• Product training
+ Maintain certification as a certified trainer for your product group
+ Develop training courses
+ Plan, prepare and deliver training courses locally and abroad

+ Review and approve entries created by others
• Participate in project development for new processes, systems, organization, etc.
• Support and training are provided to employees and external customers globally.
• This position follows a 5-day work week with 40 hours working time (monthly average) and the regular working hours are 8:00-17:00.
• This position requires the ability to work early (05:30 - 14:30) on selected weekdays, weekends and public holidays, as mutually agreed three months in advance within the Global Technical Support APAC team.
• This position requires the ability for international travel 40% of the time during the first 9 months (up to 3 weeks per trip), and international travel up to 20% of the time as part of routine duties.
• Employees are attached to the Hyderabad office and can work remotely up to 50% (when on-site/office work is not required).
Qualifications
• Degree in natural science (biology, biotechnology or medicine), engineering or a comparable scientific education.
• Experience in different biological fields like cell biology, immunology, hematology, neurology, or stem cells.
• Experience with flow cytometry, cell culture, functional assays, transfusion medicine or cell processing.
