Czech Republic or India (Hyderabad)The Global Technical Expert, Virtual. & Monitoring Platforms, Technology will build and deploy Virtualization & Monitoring Platforms and solutions around them to support technology-enabled business strategies and operations anywhere and anytime while constantly increasing agility and scalability. They will drive and support applications during the mass adoption of automation technologies and support them in their journey to an increasingly automated state.Your responsibilities:

• Build and Deploy Virtualization & Monitoring Platforms.
• Effective delivery and service operations of Virtualization & Monitoring Platforms.
• Ensure best-in-class support for Virtualization & Monitoring Platform technologies across the company not only in the IT infrastructure area, but also providing services and solutions to all application teams onboarding and leveraging these technologies.
• Follow established standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery. Over-see the operational health, management, security, lifecycle, and reliability.
• Responsible for the 24x7 operational oversight and direction to both external technical and engineering teams.
• Support and ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices.

Role RequirementsWhat you will bring to the role:

• University degree in Computer Science or comparable education; fluent English, written and spoken.
• 10+ years of experience in working with hypervisor and virtualization technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with latest generation monitoring tools, like Splunk or ELK Experience with hyper converged infrastructure platforms Experience in both on-prem and cloud deployment of workloads. Experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience in Service Management or Engineering of a global service portfolio in similar areas as above, across geographies and business areas.
• Track record in delivering on time, quality and budget.
• IT Infrastructure Management and IT Service Management Practices (ITIL Foundation Certification)
• Expertise in Compliance, Risk Management, GxP, with solid knowledge of validation practice and IT control standards; Systems Integration & Build, Dev-Ops mindset and full solution lifecycle understanding from idea to retirement.
