The Global Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will support the talent acquisition team by managing the operational aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, and providing a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. \ Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and reporting.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate communication, including interview invitations, follow-up emails, and feedback collection.
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment-related reports and metrics to the talent acquisition team and senior management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and career workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a global or multinational company.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in India
