Syngenta Group is also Committed to maintaining a workplace environment free from discrimination and harassmentAs part of the ERP/SAP application team you would be responsible to work with the Supply Operations to translate the needs into functional requirements which can be taken forward effectively by the technical team. You should be able to create the design at a level of detail which enables a developer to execute the configuration and the development in SAP.You should have a good functional knowledge on SAP WM/EWM/MM and be able to exploit the best use of these modules to meet the business need in the most effective, efficient and sustainable way. You will drive overall leadership for the delivery of the enhancements and maintenance of the existing applications in Agile and Devops methodologies.According to your experience, strengths and business needs, you will conduct some of the following tasks:

  • Be actively involved in the user story preparation, solution conceptualization for changes as well as project implementations
  • Own incident, change delivery while working in Agile/DevOps environment
  • Provide solution, design, configuration and testing, be able participate in design activities and gap analysis
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with IT & business stakeholders
  • Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
  • Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
Relevant skills & experience
  • Well-qualified professional with 10-12 years of experience in SAP LE-WM, Shipping & MM implementation or support preferably in Chemical/Process/Agri industries.
  • A minimum of 2 full cycle SAP WM/MM implementation experience
  • Strong solution know-how in ECC & S/4 Logistics (MM WM) & LE Shipping
  • Expertise in Configuration of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) : Warehouse structure in WM
  • Experience in Configuration of SAP Materials Management (MM)
  • Experienced in Testing (Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Integration Testing), End User training, Final preparation, Go-Live, and project support.
  • Sound understanding of Master Data, Functional and Document Data, integration between SAP & Third-Party Warehouse and Logistics (3PL) systems
  • Good knowledge in CIF and IDocs
  • Experience/understanding of logistics processes, import/export management and manufacturing process, Intercompany & Hubbing processes.
  • Be able to support and challenge the Partners (Vendors) on quotation of Change efforts, Oversee and support the development of the solution, Validate the functionality as per business needs, support testing and User training.
  • Sound understanding & experience of ITIL process & tool, exposure to SNOW/JIRA etc.

  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills around issues, managing escalations, opportunities
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with cross domain teams at global levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure & multitasking environment
  • Knowledge about current & upcoming digital technologies/tools
  • Able to understand lean, Agile, DevOps concepts.
  • Successful in solving new challenges and gaps; to meet the business requirements
  • Experience in client facing and managing outsourced partners
  • A Team player with a collaborative attitude, proactive and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience of working with stakeholders from multiple regions/countries
