Principal - Regional HR Business Partner

Job purpose
As a HR Business Partner, you will work directly with Accelya's senior leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports business goals. You will provide support to the different business division within your region. You will be involved in planning and managing people priorities, strategic people change, organizational design, strategic workforce planning, transformational change, and cultural evolution.
Duties & Responsibilities:• Strategic Planning: work closely with the business leaders and help them implement the business strategy from a people perspective.
• Coaching about HR issues: Provide advice, guidance, direction, and consultative services to the functional leaders on people-related matters.
• Driving HR initiatives: Lead and project manage the development and implementation of organizational initiatives in the function (including but not only: talent management programs, culture initiatives, communication, capability assessments, etc.)
• HR Analytics: analyze and interpret data, use it to help business leaders better understand workforce needs and incorporate results into workforce strategy and planning.
• Change Management: facilitate discussions around change and transformation. Identify in advance where and when change management will be needed and proactively participate in developing plans.
• Manage complex employee relations issues. Conduct thorough investigation and offering effective solutions
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:• Proven experience in a Global Strategic Human Resource Business Partner role in an international organization, preferably with Technology Company
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change with senior leaders aligning the people strategy with business goals and growth
• Proven success in delivering high-impact people initiatives around performance management, culture, employee engagement and leadership development
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, written and oral
