TheGlobal S&OP Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for leading the design of new reports, data models, dashboards, and performance metrics that drive key business decisions. This role involves supporting the development and maintenance of S&OP BI tools, metrics, and KPI reporting whilst promoting continuous improvement.


You will be involved in the improvement of maturity of the Demand Planning department through creating business insights and optimization, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the Supply chain function to ensure data availability. Additional responsibilities include supporting the statistical forecasting engine software. The ideal candidate will also foster continuous improvement within the broader S&OP team.


This position is part of the Operations team within Demand Planning located in Bangaloreand will be Hybrid in nature. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the generation of weekly/monthly reports. Look for gaps in improvement/automation of existing analysis, especially when related to data reformatting.
• Be involved in and support the IBP roll-out across all business units and plants.
• Assist in monthly S&OP Business Unit Reviews preparing and consolidating reports. Support the APAC region (based in India) with overload and optimization tasks.
• Provide assistance to the Demantra team in statistical forecasting, material master and quality checks.
• Conduct annual product hierarchy checks and clean up obsolete data.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree. Minimum 3 years' experience Supply Chain / Demand Planning or related field. Experience with S&Op/IBP is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, able to deal with large amount of data, in multiple formats and from different sources, consolidating all data and showing ability to identify and prioritize focus areas.
• Advanced knowledge of BI tools: Power Query / Power BI / Qlik.
• Understanding of Statistical forecasting
• Knowledge of Demand Planning systems - SAP - APO - Oracle, Demantra or other is a plus.
