The position

As a Social Media Community Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
• Manage day-to-day community management across Novo Nordisk's corporate social media channels.
• Monitor online conversations and respond to comments and inquiries on various social media platforms.
• Coordinate community management across campaigns with internal stakeholders and agencies.
• Report safety information to the safety team according to agreed processes.
• Collaborate with the Media Relations team during potential crisis situations.
• Provide insights and metrics on social media performance.
• Support the development of content performance reports.




Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Minimum 3 years of social media management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Understanding of paid/earned/owned media strategies.
• Knowledge of traffic data, metrics, and KPIs.
• Familiarity with data privacy and GDPR regulations.
• Experience with community management systems and campaign management tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and analytics systems.




About the department


The Commercial & Corporate Affairs - Global Business Services (CCA GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) and Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Global Public Affairs and Sustainability (GPAS), Patient Access, Marketing, Commercial Planning and Content hub.


With a significant growth outlook for Novo Nordisk, it is of very high importance that the right environmental solutions are created to drive the change towards zero environmental impact. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda and Obesity & NASH pipelines.
