It also enables us to provide all Arcadians equal access to growth and development opportunities.This role is pivotal in elevating and refining our SPO platform, powered by Eightfold, to guarantee maximum engagement and efficacy.The role champions ongoing improvements to harness the full potential of the SPO Platform, simplifying business and People team processes to enhance the employee experience.The Global Skills Program Product Specialist reports directly to the Global Skills Program Director and is part of the Global Community of Expertise for Capability & Workforce Readiness.This role can be based in any GEC/GSSC Officer (India Philippines, Romania)Role accountabilities:Platform, data, and integration management

  • Act as a super user of the SPO platform, overseeing Talent Management (TM) and Talent Acquisition (TA) modules, and understanding interactions with wider People Technology infrastructure.
  • Collaborates with other Product Specialists, the People Technology (PT) team, and the Arcadis Technology Team for seamless integration with the broader technology ecosystem
  • Working with the PT team and the relevant Global Business Process Owners (BPO) to continuously review, validate, and redesign the platform to enable the evolution of business requirements
  • Working with the Global People Analytics team and appropriate specialist BPO teams, maintain all platform data elements, oversee analytics, and manage reporting
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks, test workflow(s) functionality, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with the appropriate specialist Arcadis teams, and conduct scheduled maintenance and audits to ensure platform accuracy. Evaluate for bias. Communicate system status effectively during downtime
Business processes and continuous improvement:
  • Develop and maintain platform processes, procedures, and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with the PT team to produce and maintain governance processes.
  • Prioritise continuous improvement (CI) items, manage CI tracker, and influence change required
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging solutions, suggesting enhancements for the SPO Platform
User support and troubleshooting:
  • Lead, champion, and support end-user communities (e.g. Talent Acquisition and Project Management) to maximize the platform output and training as required.
  • Working with the relevant BPOs, supporting communications to the end user communities, and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to address and maintain system needs.
Design and implementation:
  • Review and advise technical feasibility of process change requests and enhancements for alignment with Eightfold's roadmap.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in SPO program enhancements and reporting requests.
  • Working with the SPO Delivery team and BPOs to proactively manage changes in project scope and resources.
  • Review system releases, enhancements, and version controls with the PT team and impacted BPOs to consider which items we want to adopt, when, and how.
  • Lead testing for new releases, define test scenarios, and manage user acceptance testing and validation events acting as the functional expert
  • Working with the Change COE to provide technical product insight and advice to support training, change, and communications planning
Reporting and analytics:
  • Create, configure, and maintain custom reports and dashboards in the SPO Platform
  • Provide skill insights by retrieving necessary data from the SPO platform in response to business requests.
  • Assist BPOs by sharing SPO platform data to be integrated with other system insights for specialized business reports.
Key Shared Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with the PT team, BPOs, and line manager to provide feedback to Eightfold, highlighting areas for improvement and addressing current pain points, suggesting enhancements.
  • Partner with the Global Technology team to oversee system support and administration for SPO technology.
Qualifications & Experience:Our ideal candidate is an early adopter of technology, promoting both existing and new technologies globally. They are curious about the needs, behaviours, and priorities of all stakeholders in the SPO ecosystem. They should ideally have experience in developing and facilitating technology programs, with HR Systems expertise, including ideally Oracle HRIS, LMS, Oracle Recruit Cloud Applicant Tracking System, and Talent Intelligence (ideally Eightfold) platforms. Experience in a Talent Acquisition role would be advantageous but not essential.Furthermore, the ideal candidate should showcase:
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business acumen to recommend solutions at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to convey complex tech concepts to non-experts effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams to manage a team-oriented project.
  • Proficiency in software applications, People Analytics Reporting, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Background in technology, preferably in applicant tracking and learning management systems.
  • Results-driven mindset with resource optimization capabilities.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement, process reengineering, computer applications, and project management.
  • Technical expertise and innovative analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to work autonomously on multiple tasks with strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment.
  • Embraces a growth mindset and methodology.
