### Your role and responsibilities
Finance and Accounting Operations in ABB comprises of Core Process Delivery Teams covering Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash processes and Allied Functions such as Service Management, Performance Management, Quality Management & Continuous Improvement, Finance Projects as well as Controlling. We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting professional to lead the allied functions. This critical role will drive business value through globally consistent service & performance management, relationship management with business partners of FAO as well as providing insights and business context as decision support for FAO management. Key Responsibilities: o Service Management: Develop and implement globally consistent service management framework including Service Catalogue, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as Service Governance with Business Partners o Performance Management: Responsible for continuous Service Reporting to review performance and monitor SLA KPIs, identify actions to resolve issues and incident reporting. Align with FAO business partners on customer feedback to support Continuous Improvement initiatives. o Quality and Continuous Improvement: Drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives via dedicated Q&CI teams to assist Process Delivery Teams to achieve their efficiency targets o Governance Model Design and Management: Design and manage governance models for business, Global Process Owners (GPOs), technology, data teams, and corporate functions. Ensure close alignment of FAO services and direction with organizational strategies and objectives o Business Development: Develop and implement service offerings and internal customer in line with FAO value proposition. ?Identify and pursue business growth opportunities o Controlling: Control budget, actuals, cost management, and charges/recharges o Provide strategic support to Global Head of FAO and foster strong relationships with Business, Global Process Owners and Delivery Teams The work model for the role is: #hybrid Job location is Krakow or Bangalore
### Qualifications for the role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field coupled with 15+ years of Global Business Services (GBS)/Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) senior leadership experience in operations management
• Proven track record in customer/stakeholder management
• Experience in service and performance management in a multi-cultural, process, and geographical environment
• Major transformation and transition program management experience
• Business/Service development, full P&L ownership, and BPO management experience within a reputable FAO operator
• Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
