Job Description

Responsibility the Indirect PR to PO process for all sites from the region, cooperating with Category Leader Buyer, taking into account quality requirements, timeliness, customer focus and costs in relation to the approved threshold (eRequest platform),

• Should have atleast 5 years experience in Global Software Procurement.
• Handle the daily workload (using the available tools: Scheduling Tool, Daily Report, Ariba sourcing, contract, PRDA etc).
• Follow and assure and Guide Country buyer to complete sourcing process/ quoting is performed to Aptiv suppliers (strategic suppliers),
• Execution of Aptiv SCM policies and procedures,
• Act as a first escalation point for specified Aptiv sites in the region in case of delays in "PR to PO" purchases, emergency purchases, procurement quality issues.
• Establish clear, measurable, achievable and ambitious goals aligned to KPI's.
• Maintain communication with the Category Leader and/or Category Manager to align to the strategy.
• Analyzing and identifying areas for improvement.
• Communication and working closely with the stakeholders.
• Sourcing processing according to the agreed timeline, ensuring their high quality, as needed.
• Analyzing price increase, discrepancies between open order/ PO and working with suppliers to eliminate them.
• Establish a government meetings with the Non-strategic suppliers (Core)
