With new project awards and growth in the business, a position has arisen to ensure the current and future staffing requirements are met on time and with the best available talent in the market.

This is a role for a successful global recruitment resourcer who would be responsible for identifying, screening and helping recruiters to select employees for Mace across India and other international locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying people with the right skills, right experience and right cultural fit for the Mace organisation.

Screening and shortlisting resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platform, qualification and relevant experience.

Presenting candidates, sourcing information, and additional data to recruiters and hiring managers.

Scheduling candidate interviews working with hiring managers and their administrative assistants.

Maintaining constant communication with hiring managers for completing recruitment process and procedures.

Generating referrals from existing employees, raising the profile of the employee referral scheme that rewards staff for helping Mace to identify the very best people they have worked with in the past.

About you

You are digitally savvy, can build recruitment strategies that leverage the employment brand and are able to demonstrate working in fast paced complex environments. Proven experience with Oracle/Taleo.

Good knowledge with applicant tracking systems and other HR databases. Familiarity in social media and other professional networks. Ability to identify good cultural, behavioural and technical fit for the business. You have a strong background in resourcing within construction/property/engineering sector.

English and Indian language skills are a significant advantage.
