Site Name: Bengaluru Luxor North Tower Posted Date: May 22 2023 Job Purpose: The Global Publications Operations Technical Specialist is responsible for supporting the Global Publications Operations Lead in the implementation of the operations linked to the internal control framework to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance to policy, mitigation of risks, continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Support the system maintenance via access management and other routine tasks to ensure the system runs as per business needs support metrics generation Develop process guidance documents (eg. User guide) Design and collect results from stakeholders\' surveys Follow up of the outcome of the monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) analyses Extract reports as per stakeholder needs under the leadership of the Global Publications Operations Lead Support to management monitoring as identified in the self-inspection plan, participate in root cause analysis, implementation, and follow-up of CAPAs Support communication to stakeholders Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required: At least 2-3 years of experience in a Pharma / clinical environment is an asset At least 2-3 years of experience in the public environment associated with Publications environment or Clinical Trials Disclosure is an asset Experience in process improvement / quality management is an asset A good understanding across all aspects of scientific publication strategy, planning and execution during all phases of drug development and commercialization process (investigational, registrational, pre and post-launch and marketed) Experience in Project Management Excellent communication skills Experience in Pharmaceutical company environment and specifically in matrix, global, multi-cultural organization Experience in independently leading and managing clinical trial (study, data, or system/technology) activities. Agility and good learning skills Knowledge: Experience working in highly matrix environment across a broad range of functional areas Good management and organization skills Possesses knowledge of the publications (ICMJE, GPP) and disclosure regulations is an asset Possesses working knowledge of International Committee for Harmonisation (ICH) / Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulation Skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Excellent team player and good project manager, able to support projects and colleagues across the organization Ability to work with global teams in different geographies with a diverse set of perspectives in different regulatory contexts Expertise in Excel, Power-BI knowledge would be an asset Knowledge/Education Required: Bachelor\'s degree OR Master\'s degree (Highly preferred) Life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences or Clinical Research Need to understand the science behind and to be able to acquire knowledge in an independent and fast manner.
