If you are ready to make a difference and contribute to our mission of driving positive change, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.The positionAs a Global Project Manager -ESG Reporting at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee environmental data reporting for annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc organizational reporting. Ensure high quality and excellence in both internal and external environmental reporting. Ensure emissions data correctness and quality.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across production sites, affiliates, laboratories, and supply chain to collect information. Provide quarterly and annual environmental performance reports to the Strategy team and Executive Management.
  • Manage internal control and quality processes pertaining to environmental data. Prepare data for controlling and review by internal and external auditors.
  • Assist with organizational inquiries related to energy, emissions, water, and waste. Drive ESG-related controls to ensure data correctness and quality.
  • Support organizational ESG data based on existing and upcoming standards and frameworks. Assist in data collection for responses to rankers and raters.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends concerning ESG and reporting standards.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in ESG reporting and data management.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG standards and reporting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SoFi and Wdesk for ESG reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure data correctness and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team.
About the departmentThe Commercial - GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial - GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations.
