The position
As a Global Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to:


• Provide financial support to the CETA organization, including cost controlling, budget management, and financial analyses.
• Drive and support budget management in CETA, leading AB and RE processes.
• Plan and conduct regular follow-ups, tracking projects' progress and aligning with internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project trackers for respective areas.
• Complete and transmit monthly financial statement reports, analytics, and commentary to CETA HQ management.




Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:


• You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Finance and might have experience in business information, financial planning, and analysis, and/or management consulting, preferably from production.
• You have 9+ years of relevant business background within Project Management, Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or similar economic background.
• You are an experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint and have preferable some experience in SAP.
• Strong experience in financial support and project controlling.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
• Ability to track projects' progress and align with internal stakeholders.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

The Commercial - GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Novo Nordisk's commercial division. As a Global Associate Director - CVD, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
