Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.You will join our dynamic HR operations teamAs our new Global Payroll Coordinator, you will be part of HR operations team closely working with payroll and benefits team. In this role, you will report to the Team lead-Payroll and Global Mobility. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be :Payroll Processing:
- Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing for employees in the USA, UK, and Europe.
- Enter and update payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information.
- Help ensure timely and accurate payroll calculations and disbursements.
-Support the payroll team in resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee inquiries.
- Assist with year-end payroll processes, including the issuance of W-2s, P60s, and other required documents.Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay informed about federal, state and local payroll regulations and ensure compliance.- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and other compliance-related activities.
relevant laws and guidelines.Operational Support:
- Review and reconcile payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Handling query and discussion with employees.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits enrollment, changes, and claims processing.
- Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely billing and reconciliation.QualificationsYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • Work experience as Payroll coordinator in US, UK and Europe.
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of the organization and across functional areas.
  • Good command over Microsoft Office Suite including advance excel
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems(ADP, Workday)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws in the USA, UK, and Europe along with a work experience of 3-5 years in payroll processing in a multi country environment (preferably USA, UK and Europe)
  • Excellent attention to detail and data analytical
