Job Title - Global Ops D&A LeadCareer Level - GAs the Data & Analytics Leader and Tower Lead, you will drive our organization's data strategy and leverage analytics to support business objectives. You will lead a dynamic team of data analysts, data scientists, and engineers, overseeing the data analysis and visualization. The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to guide the organization in making data-driven decisions.This role is also responsible for supporting on-time and on-budget local deployment of the global transformation in adherence to quality and compliance standards. The individual will be accountable for developing cross-functional partnerships, identifying and connecting regional and global resources for GSC&S and ESM, acting as host manager for different functions, and providing leadership, coaching, and guidance for the local teams.What you will do:Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit local roles alongside global leads by functions.Successful onboarding of local roles and ensuring the integration into the home locationEnsures the Ops & Functional Strategy deployment and leads the Local Strategy definition, execution, and Follow-upResponsible for creating Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap for Global Operations.Ensure local roles are successfully trained in the new process, supporting the Global training team from each function.Responsible for creating and maintaining the Data & Analytics Product Roadmap, including partnering with stakeholders on prioritization.Build synergy between data governance and management teams to ensure data assets are properly governed and managed consistently across operations.Collaborate with business stakeholders to evangelize Self-service business intelligence and advanced analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.Collaborate closely with IT and Finance GBS stakeholders to enhance overall operational efficiencies.Act as lead connecting local roles to Global Operations, GSC&S, and ESM to foster a collaborative environment by conducting Fika sessions, Tiering process, etc.Fosters Operations Culture based on LEAN and Digital ways of workingForm a "Tower Lead" network - sharing learnings and best practices with counterparts in other regional hubs as part of a continuous improvement culture.Perform process confirmations and layered audits to ensure the local team follows processes as per training.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Science, Informatics, computer science, or statisticsProven 10+ years of work experience in data and analyticsSignificant experience in implementing Data governance practices and solutions to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance in a relevant industryStrong background in data architecture and data engineering.Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Hands-on experience working with platforms like MS Azure, Databricks, Cloud and is continually able to stay updated with the latest D&A technology.Proficient Knowledge of some key programming fundamentals in Python, Spark, SQL, or similar languagesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to lead a diverse, global team within and across functions.
