The company car is considered an important attractor for talent acquisition and a retainer element for talent as well as a functional tool. DSM-FIRMENICH leases company car, most of them are covered from a preferred vendor. The company car benefit policy is owned by dsm-firmenich People and Organization and the purchasing strategy by dsm-firmenich Sourcing. The fleet management services consist of fleet administration, coordination, and account management of lease car area. The Fleet management support officer would also support GSC manager to continuously deliver the right quality of services according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the internal team and external service provider and improves the services to achieve the HRSS objectives. Knowledge of DSM-FIRMENICH, its structures and work processes world-wide Knowledge of the international assignment process and all its aspects Knowledge of fiscal aspects regarding international assignments world-wide Knowledge of social security aspects regarding international assignments world-wide Knowledge of international remuneration systems Affinity with terms and conditions of employment and knowledge of existing and new regulations in that field.
