We are currently seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration Manager to join our team as we continue to expand our rapidly growing global network infrastructure. Specifically, we are looking for someone that can help our team to transform the way we conduct our global mobility and immigration processes to best support our employees. Responsibilities/What you\'ll do: Build and manage thoughtful and scalable immigration and relocation processes Provide in-depth counsel on global immigration processes and best practices. Oversee global immigration case management with external vendors, act as primary resource for employees and managers on all aspects of immigration including visa, work permit, and permanent resident process and timelines Serve as the subject matter expert for immigration and relocation, fielding questions from internal stakeholders Own the day-to-day of global immigration and relocation cases Create resources for internal stakeholders as well as hold educational sessions on immigration and relocation matters Consult with candidates at the pre-offer stage and strategize on the most efficient visa process Influence and provide counsel to leadership Provide detailed analysis on relocation package options, costs, timing, tax implications, etc. Create comprehensive yet easy to use global mobility guidelines and practices. Qualifications 6+ years of experience working in corporate global mobility and immigration BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience Strong understanding of all employment-based US immigrant and non-immigrant visa Global experience with knowledge of immigration processes in EMEA and APAC Experience with managing high-volume immigration cases Experience in developing and deploying global immigration policies and programs Experience in a fast-paced, high growth work environment is highly desiredExcellent project management skills and vendor management skills Friendly, energetic and comfortable operating in a fluid environment Must exercise absolute discretion both inside and outside the company Skills we\'re looking for: Hustle and creativity when it comes to problem-solving and can also lead people to get things done Never-ending desire to grow and learn Teamwork, collaboration, and relationship building skills given the global nature of our team Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills that will influence others Experience in process optimization (process mapping and optimization, program management) What You Can Expect From Us: A fun, passionate and collaborative workplace Competitive salary and benefits, including equity The pace and excitement of working for a Silicon Valley Unicorn Additional Information People who excel at Zscaler are smart, motivated and share our values.
