We embark on a significant transformation journey to support GSK in becoming a top-quartile data-enabled organization.Job PurposeDevelop and execute the global Augmentin brand strategy and implement operational plans by working with cross-functional teams, to deliver global omnichannel promotional campaigns that are data driven and meet our customers and patient needs.Key Responsibilities

  • Build exceptional brand knowledge and understanding of the brand strategy, science, and core value proposition.
  • Partner with the Global Marketing Director (GMD) and teams in developing strategic brand plan focusing on delivering competitiveness and omnichannel acceleration.
  • Lead the development of the strategic implementation plans encompassing insight-driven and customer-centric integrated omnichannel engagement to drive behaviour shifts & increases the share-of-voice with our key stakeholders (Customers, Patients and Pharmacists).
  • Partner with co-creation markets to develop content strategy.
  • Partner with region and local markets to support the implementation of the global strategy e.g. localising global content.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including (but not limited to) Global Medical, Region, co-creation markets, Customer Engagement Teams, Digital Marketing team, Compliance, Legal, & external agencies (creative, market research etc.) to create best-in-class marketing campaigns.
  • Generate key insights by working across functional and geographic boundaries, asking the right questions, and analysing relevant data.
  • Develop and deliver data-driven promotional campaigns and modular content.
  • Embrace and embody a growth mindset and a desire to innovate and push the boundaries of digital promotion.
  • Be a team expert on analysing content delivery, utilization and performance data in key markets and deliver data-driven recommendations for improvement in customer engagement [measured by reach/efficiency].
  • Manage resources and A&P spends in the most efficient way with constant measurement of ROI and improvement.
  • Manage product life cycle including exploring launching appropriate dose forms with deep understanding of the markets.
  • Adapt to agile ways of working - to test, learn and fail fast.
  • Ensure work output and actions are of the highest quality and ethical standards and are compliant with the companys policies, code of conduct & regulations (as changed from time to time).
Why you?Basic Qualifications:
  • 8 to 10 years experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Trade Marketing/Commercial role.
  • Ability to deliver high performance results within deadlines.
  • Ability to function in highly dynamic, highly visible role and team.
  • Experience in planning/delivering/measuring data-driven marketing campaigns, including working with creative agencies.
  • Ability to understand and communicate scientific data.
  • Strong experience in omnichannel marketing and in developing programs/solutions for customers with experience in dynamic content effectiveness preferred.
  • Confident communicator with clear written and verbal communication skills, influencing capabilities.
  • A strong accountability and adaptability mindset to deliver high quality outcomes with a constructive attitude under a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong creativity and critical thinking to create relevant content for customers in existing and in new healthcare ecosystems.
  • Ability to work in multi-matrix and multi-cultural teams across diverse geographies and time zones.
