You will manage key HR functions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, contract management, performance evaluations, and talent development. As an HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, offering tailored HR solutions to meet their needs while supporting employee satisfaction and retention.The successful candidate will also take a lead in facilitating employee performance management, promoting talent development initiatives, and providing insights on workforce planning.
