Regional Workplace LeadThe Regional Workplace lead will ensure efficient and effective operational performance across multiple locations within a specific region, optimizing resources, and maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery.Roles and Responsibilities

• Single POC for Regional Operations and Aveva.
• Leads, inspires and grows the account team holding overall responsibility for service excellence on the Aveva account.
• Holds overall accountability for service excellence across all Aveva locations.
• Accountable progressing the partnership objectives and supporting our teams to live into the culture and values.
• Sets standards for quality, consistency and experience across the account and the portfolio.
• Proactively drives and monitors performance against agreed targets.
• Provides overall strategic direction to JLL delivery teams, aligned to Aveva objectives.
• Provides innovation to enhance the performance of the Aveva portfolio.
• Facilitates quarterly strategy meetings and annual review meetings to discuss overall performance.
• Ensures reasonable knowledge transfer between the regional teams.
• Create cooperative and high performing culture by ensuring compliance to training requirements and overseeing ongoing professional development of employees.
• Takes full responsibility for total facilities operations across the Aveva portfolio including overall contractual facilities management performance on the account.
• A role model for the hospitality-led culture we want to create and deliver an IFM transformation to complement Aveva\xe2\x80\x99s business transformation.
