Job Summary:

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions with US-based clients. Strong understanding of US hiring practices, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit IT professionals for clients in the US via job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings, technical discussions, and salary negotiations with candidates. Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers for smooth placements. Understand tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and employment types. Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with US employment laws and immigration policies (H1B, OPT, TN, EAD, GC, USC, etc.). Coordinate with US-based Account Managers, clients, and consultants. Work in US time zones (EST, CST, PST) to align with clients and candidates.

Key Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of US staffing, work authorizations (H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Experience using job boards like Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools. Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in US time zones (Night Shift in India). Experience recruiting for software developers, cloud engineers, cybersecurity experts, DevOps, data scientists, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working in a US staffing agency. Strong understanding of technology stacks (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, AI, etc.). Ability to handle bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
