• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with Applexus' business goals and objectives on a global scale.
• Ensure that the IT strategy supports the overall vision and mission of Applexus.
• Ensure that the Company's systems and networks meet or exceed industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity in the event of technology disruptions.
• Regularly review and update disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they provide high-quality services that meet the Company's requirements and standards.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize value and performance.
• Plan and allocate necessary hardware, software, and tools to ensure the IT team can perform their duties effectively.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to enhance the Company's IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with senior management and other departments to ensure that IT initiatives are aligned with Applexus' goals and business processes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and other business units.
• Lead and support IT team members in achieving their goals, continuously evaluating individual performance and taking necessary actions to ensure team success.
• Promote the professional development of team members through training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
• Assist senior managers in IT budget planning and implementation, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Monitor IT expenditures and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints and financial goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in system and network administration and soft skills.
• Implement initiatives to keep the IT team knowledgeable and skilled in emerging technologies and best practices.
• Oversee the global IT operations, ensuring consistent performance and reliability across all regions.
• Develop and enforce global IT policies and procedures to maintain standardization and efficiency.
