• With Cloud services we identify: Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune
• Coordinate global IT projects across various teams within IT and business units.
• Plan, implement, and manage client management tools such as Cloud Services, SCCM, Intune, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and IT request processing, providing both 1st and 2nd level support.
• Assist in testing with business users and ensure smooth integration of workplace collaboration tools, including Cloud Services, into the global Windows standard client.
• Support the digital client ecosystem and its dependencies.
• Monitor systems for incidents and outages, ensuring timely resolution.
• Execute communication plans for change and problem management activities, supporting IT communication efforts.
• Assist in cost control measures including forecasting, invoicing, and budgeting for the global ServiceDesk department.
• Maintain global client security levels across systems, including Cloud Services, antivirus, encryption, and Windows security updates.
• Manage licenses efficiently across Microsoft Admin portal and various other vendor platforms to ensure compliance and optimal utilization of software resources.
• Improve incident stability and reduce occurrences by analyzing and implementing appropriate client setups.
• Support the planning and engineering of the global window\'s standard client exploring the latest trends in workplace collaboration tools and translate that into business value. Including the integration with Cloud Services.
• Design, implement, and maintain Teams and teams\' telephony solutions to streamline communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and streamline processes within Intune Endpoint Manager, ensuring efficient device management and adherence to organizational policies.
• Motivated and eager to learn, adaptable and self-reliant individuals are capable of consistently staying abreast of the latest pertinent topics in Client Engineering, leveraging solutions such as Azure, Intune, and Teams, and effectively applying this knowledge.
• Gathering business requirements and providing an implementation concept

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

• 5 years+ of demonstrated progressive technical experience in a similar role within an IT Services team or department.
• Experience working with ticket tool and Incident, Problem and Change Management processes (ITIL)
• Strong proficiency in Windows operating systems is essential, along with significant experience in Android and iOS environments. Proficient in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) concepts, with expertise in utilizing platforms such as Intune, and ABM.
• Experience performing Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, AD Domains and Exchange System Management tasks , Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management. SCCM
• Experience with performing in Teams Admin Center Activity\'s, maintaining Teams Telephony Solution, Number assignment, integration with Operator connect implementations.
• Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10 and O365 Office applications is required
